- If baking straight away, preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with tin foil.
- Place the salmon on the lined tray, skin side down. Finely grate the lemon zest over the salmon, then squeeze over a little of the juice. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until cooked through.
