12 - Skewers
wooden (soaked in water)
1 clove SuperValu Garlic
0.5 tsp SuperValu Ground Ginger
1 tbsp SuperValu Honey
12 - SuperValu King Prawns
1 - SuperValu Lime
zest and juice
3 tbsp SuperValu Soy Sauce
- Preheat the barbecue.
- In a bowl, combine the Soy Sauce, Honey, garlic, ginger and lime zest and juice.
- Add the prawns to the marinade for at least 15 minutes.
- Push the skewers through the prawns (as per attached image).
- Place the prawns onto the barbecue or alternatively onto a griddle pan. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes on each side then remove from the heat.
- Serve immediately with some sweet chilli jam.
