Ingredients

Serves: 1 person

  • 0.5 - Banana
    or 1/2 an Apple
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 75 ml Low Fat Milk
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 30 g Porridge Oats
  • 75 ml Water

Method

  1. Place oats in a bowl and pour the milk and water on top.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Top with fruit and honey.
  4. Serve hot.
