50 g Butter
1 - Lemon
100 ml Olive Oil
1 - Pepper
1 - Salt
4 - SuperValu Hake Fillets
290 g SuperValu Signature Tastes Edamame Beans, Red Cabbage and Baby Kale
- Heat 50ml of the cooking oil in a frying pan set over a medium heat. Season the hake with salt and pepper, then add to the pan and fry for 4–5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove the hake from the pan and keep warm, then add the butter and lemon juice to the pan.
- While the hake is cooking, add the remaining 50ml of oil to a wok or large frying pan set over a medium heat. Add the veg and cook for 4 minutes.
- Divide the stir-fried vegetables between four plates and place a hake fillet on top, then spoon over the butter and lemon pan sauce.
