Breakfast Pitta Recipe


Operation Transformation Recipe - Brilliant healthy breakfast option.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes


Serves: 1 person

  • 1 - Eggs
  • 30 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 30 g Spinach
  • 1 - Tomatoes
  • 1 - Wholewheat Pita


  1. Place egg in a pot of boiling water and boil egg for 3 - 6 minutes
  2. Once cooked, remove from pot carefully and slice
  3. Place pita in a toaster and toast as desired
  4. Carefully remove from toaster and slice open when cool
  5. Pita may be hot so be careful doing this
  6. Spread light cream cheese in the pita and layer with spinach, sliced tomato and boiled egg and serve
