This stuffing recipe is perfect to accompany a Christmas turkey or goose. Or just roll it into balls to serve alongside the Christmas dinner as a seasonal garnish. This sausage meat can also be used with short crust or puff pastry to make quick and easy sausage rolls.

Mix all the ingredients together.
Either roll into balls or cook in a greased ovenproof dish.
Place in a greased ovenproof dish in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4.
Cook for 18 to 20 minutes until piping hot throughout.
Makes sufficient stuffing to accompany a 4.5kg turkey.
