French Toast Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 1 person

  • 0.5 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 - Eggs
  • 0.5 tbsp Honey
  • 25 ml Low Fat Milk
  • 2 slices Wholegrain Bread
    toasted

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon
  2. Place butter in pan and heat until softened
  3. Dip bread in egg mixture on both sides until well soaked
  4. Now place on pan and cook on both sides until golden
  5. Top with honey
