- Place the chocolate in a small heatproof bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water or in 30-second blasts in the microwave, stirring regularly. Once melted and smooth, set aside to cool a little. Meanwhile, line a tray with non-stick baking paper and set aside. Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Place the chopped nuts in a small bowl. Dip half of a grape in the cooled melted chocolate and then immediately in the chopped nuts to stick and evenly coat. Stand it upright on the lined tray and repeat until all the grapes are coated.
