1 - Broccoli

1 tbsp Crushed Chillies

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 - SuperValu Carrot
-
1 - SuperValu Onion
diced -
1 pack SuperValu Peppers

1 tsp SuperValu Salt

1 tsp Supervalu Ground Cumin
Method
- Wash & cut the broccoli, peppers and other vegetables
- Grate the carrot into the heated wok
- Add the spices
- Cook in a wok with a little olive oil
- Add in all veg & keep frying until fully cooked.
