100 ml Beef Stock

0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes

2 tbsp Garlic Paste

2 tbsp Ginger Paste

70 g Honey
-
3 - Onions
chopped -
2 tbsp Sesame Oil

100 ml Soy Sauce

30 g SuperValu Cornflour

750 g SuperValu Fresh Irish Stewing Beef
cut into thin strips
To serve

2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

6 - Spring Onions
chopped -
4 bag SuperValu Basmati Rice

Method
- Put the beef strips and cornflour in a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Put the onions, honey, soy sauce, beef stock, sesame oil, garlic and ginger paste and chilli flakes in your slow cooker. Stir well to combine all the ingredients, then add the beef pieces and stir again until they are all coated in the sauce. Cover with the lid and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the beef is completely tender.
- Serve with basmati rice and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
