Ingredients

Mens Portion
  • 120 g Grapes
  • 1 - Lime
    juiced
  • 120 g Melon chunks
  • 80 g Natural Yogurt
    3% fat
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Mint
    chopped (approx. 4 leaves)
Womens Portion
  • 70 g Grapes
  • 1 - Lime
    juiced
  • 70 g Melon chunks
  • 40 g Natural Yogurt
    3% fat
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Mint
    chopped (approx. 4 leaves)

Method

  1. Chop fruit into bite size pieces.
  2. Top with natural yogurt.
  3. Add chopped mint leaves and the lime juice.
  4. Drizzle over chopped fruit.
