Located in the heart of Lovely Leitrim, what started as a small-scale operation in our family home quickly blossomed into a thriving family-run business. We specialize in high-end, award-winning products including Boxty, pancakes, and potato bread.
Since 2015, the company has seen a fresh wave of innovation and growth under the leadership of Timmy and Angela's daughter, Aine. Her vision and dedication have propelled Dromod Boxty to new heights, earning us numerous accolades such as the Great Taste Award and the Blas na hEireann awards.
