Kevin moroccan stuffing


A classic stuffing recipe, just like Mom used to make.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes


Serves: 4 people

  • 110 g Butter
  • 1 large Onion
    finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 175 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Oregano


  1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan set over a medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, until softened and translucent but not coloured.
  2. In the meantime, put the breadcrumbs and herbs in a large bowl. Pour the butter and onion mixture over the breadcrumbs and combine thoroughly. Check the seasoning and set aside until needed.
