110 g Butter
1 large Onion
1 pinch Pepper
1 pinch Salt
175 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
4 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley
1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme
1 tbsp SuperValu Oregano
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan set over a medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, until softened and translucent but not coloured.
- In the meantime, put the breadcrumbs and herbs in a large bowl. Pour the butter and onion mixture over the breadcrumbs and combine thoroughly. Check the seasoning and set aside until needed.
