Just when you thought you were done
with school lunches, the kids need power
food for summer camps and summer
play. Worry not, Siobhan Berry of
Mummy Cooks has it all covered. HEALTHY KIDS
Make fun pictures with fruit and veg to
Strawberry and banana yogurt pops go with each meal and encourage kids
to try new and healthy avours.
MAKES 8
250g fresh Put the strawberries and banana in a small
strawberries, bowl and mash with a fork, then stir in the
hulled and halved orange juice.
1 ripe banana Place a small amount of the fruit mixture in
5 tablespoons the bottom of each ice pop mould before
orange juice or spooning some Greek yogurt on top. Layer
juice of 1 large the fruit and yogurt into each mould until
orange they have both been used up. Place in the
500ml Greek yogurt freezer to set and enjoy later on.
