Blackwater is a micro-distillery based
in West Waterford, on the banks of the
Blackwater River. A map of the river can
be seen on each bottle.
Made with 100% Irish spirit, cut with
soft mountain water and 12 botanicals
which create this classic London Dry
Gin fl avour profi le. The botanic mix
was inspired by the local shipping fi rm
White’s of Waterford who imported
spices during the Victorian period.
TASTING NOTE
It balances the confi dent juniper notes of a
traditional London Dry with bright coriander,
PERFECT SERVE warm cinnamon and zesty lemon. Blackwater
No. 5 is crisp and elegant.
Simply serve with tonic
and a slice of lime.
