                        Dressing combinations are endless, but
                        the classic ratio of 3:1, oil to vinegar,
                        will always work, then experiment with
                        mustard, honey and  avoured vinegars.
                        Put everything in a jam jar with a lid,
                        shake vigorously and you’re done. Make
                        double so you always have some to hand.
