                                                                          Yogurt with fruit and spices


                                                      Gluten free                        SERVES 4
                                                                        400g natural or Greek yogurt  Place the yogurt in a
                                                                        2 tablespoons caster sugar or   bowl and stir in the

                                                                                 Combine the seeds from six cardamom
                                                                                 pods, three black peppercorns, one clove
                                                                                 and ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

                                                                                 mortar. This makes about 1 teaspoon, so
                                                                                 make a little extra if you like, but use it
                                                                                 up quickly or the flavours will fade.
