this medley of Irish staples.
COOPER’S TEA
SERVES 10 TO 12
1 jar of honey Pour the honey into a 1-litre Kilner jar, then fill the jar with
1 jar of boiling water boiling water. Add the tea bags and the lemon zest and
8 Barry’s tea bags juice. Seal the jar and shake it for 10 seconds, then leave for
3 lemons, zest and juice 1 hour. In the meantime, slice the cucumber and let it sit
