the Slow Fashion movement. Founded
on sustainable principles by Aoibheann
MacNamara, of Ard Bia restaurant fame,
and Triona Lillis, the Galway-based atelier
use only Irish fabrics and craft to create Gluten free
heirloom pieces made to last a lifetime.

TOP TIP
Use more chilli if you like it fiery, but
remember that once it’s in, you can’t
remove it. You could also add a little
cream to the sag aloo.
