Recycling Competition Terms and Conditions

How it works:

The Recycling Tips Competition will feature only on the SuperValu Ireland Facebook or Instagram page.

The Promotion opens 1st of September at 9am, the competition will remain open until the 5th of September 2023. The Winner will be announced on or before the 5th September 2023 via the Supervalu Ireland Official Facebook and Instagram page.

Eligibility Criteria: This competition ("Competition") is open to entrants who are (i) aged 18 years or over and (ii) Residents of the Republic of Ireland.

There can only be one overall winner for the “prize”. See below.

How to enter:

Entrants will be offered the opportunity to enter the Competition on Facebook or Instagram by answering the question stated in post in the comment section.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry, which due to a technical error or any other reason, is not received or is delayed. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of delivery. Only fully completed entries which are submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be eligible for the Competition. Entries received by any other means will be invalid.

By entering into this competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The winner will be selected at random for this prize once they have done the necessary elements to the competition entry stated in the Facebook post.

The promoter is Musgrave Limited trading as Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, Tramore Road, Cork (“Musgrave”).

SuperValu does not accept responsibility for the winner’s loss of the prize.

SuperValu reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

In entering this competition, the winner agrees to SuperValu Ireland announcing them as the winner and using their name across their social media channels.

The prize winners will be bound by the terms imposed by any third parties providing goods and/or services as part of the Prize. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.

Please note that the decision of Musgrave in relation to eligible entries be final in this regard. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Musgrave will not take any responsibility for any technical failure or malfunction which may result in an entry being delayed, lost or not properly registered or recorded.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes
