Vanilla Extract
Method
Mix chia seeds, coconut water, honey and vanilla extract together in a small bowl.
Cover the bowl and leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours minimum or overnight for the chia seeds to gel.
Just before serving, place a few berries and chopped fruit into a plate and spoon 2 -3 tablespoons of set chia.
Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
