  • 120 g Carrigaline Farmhouse Cheese
  • 1 packets Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 200 ml Fresh Cream
  • 8 - SuperValu Crab Claws without shells
  • 110 g SuperValu Crème Fraîche
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
  • 1 large SuperValu Potatoes diced in small cubes
  • 3 - SuperValu Scallions
  • 510 g SuperValu Smoked Salmon skin removed and diced


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Heat a large frying pan with 1 tbsp oil and fry the salmon pieces for approximately 2 minutes. Add the crab claws, potatoes, tomatoes, spring onions, crème fraîche and cream and cook for a further 8-10 minutes on a lower simmering heat. Remove from the heat, season lightly and add half of the cheese and allow to melt in the infused cream.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 ramekin dishes or crock pots. Sprinkle the top with Carrigaline Cheese and place in the oven until the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
