Tuna Ceviche with Signature Tastes Wild Irish Tuna

This delicious recipe by Ursula Walsh of 'Mom Fitness Diary' is made with SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Irish Tuna. You can serve it with brown rice instead of crackers for a meal instead of canapes.

  • 1 handfull Fresh Parsley Leaves finely chopped
  • 1 - Red Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt season to taste
  • 0.5 - SuperValu Cucumber half, finely chopped
  • 2 - SuperValu Lemons juice only
  • 1 jar SuperValu Signature Tastes Wild Irish Tuna drained
  • 1 - SuperValu Tomato finely chopped


This super simple recipes just involves:

1. Finely chopping the cucumber, red onion, parsley and tomato.

2. Juicing two lemons.

3. Add of all these ingredients to a mixing bowl along with two tins of Signature Tastes Wild Irish Tuna and a pinch of sea salt.

4. Mix all of the ingredients together and let the tuna absorb the lemon for at least 20 minutes.


Adding a chopped chili or a few chili flakes gives this dish a delicious kick.
