Tangy Lemon Ice Pops

  • 50 g Caster Sugar
  • 500 mls SuperValu Buttermilk
  • 2 - SuperValu Lemon Zest and Juice


  1. Mix together the sugar, lemon zest and juice in a large bowl, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Pour in the buttermilk and whisk until well combined.

  2. Pour into ice pop moulds and place in the freezer. Insert the ice pop sticks or spoons after 30 minutes, when the
    mixture is firm enough to hold them, and return to the freezer until solid.
