Start off your Christmas dinner with this delicious Pâté.

  • 4 slices Bread toasted, to serve
  • 50 g Butter softened
  • 100 g Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish
  • 1 - Lemon juice only
  • 1 bunch SuperValu Fresh Dill fronds chopped
  • 1 bag SuperValu Mixed Baby Salad Leaves to serve
  • 100 g SuperValu Smoked Salmon


  1. Place the smoked salmon, cream cheese and soft butter in a blender and whizz until smooth. Add the lemon juice, chopped dill and horseradish and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Using a spatula, scrape the pâté into four individual ramekins, then chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Serve with warm toast and mixed salad leaves.
