Smoked Salmon and Egg Bake

An Easy and Quick recipe that is great for lunches or to pack up for a picnic. It can be eaten hot or cold. Lovely served with salad.

  • 1 - Black Pepper
  • 6 large Fresh Egg
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Chilli Flakes Optional
  • 250 mls SuperValu Cream
  • 150 g SuperValu Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 - SuperValu Salt
  • 5 - SuperValu Scallions Washed and Chopped
  • 350 g SuperValu Smoked Salmon Cut into pieces
  • 165 g SuperValu Sweetcorn 326g Drained


  1. Mix the eggs & cream until both are well combined.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Grease proof an oven dish & pour in the mixture.
  4. Baked in a pre heared oven 350ºf/176c for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Use a knife to make sure the centre is cooked before removing from the oven.
