Operation Transformation Recipe - Using yesterdays leftover Pork, whip up this brilliant dish in no time.

  • 1 head Bok Choy cut into sections
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce reduced sodium
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Fresh Ginger minced
  • 200 g SuperValu Quality Irish Eye of Pork Loin *Leftovers from last night’s dinner
  • 2 - SuperValu Scallions chopped
  • 100 g Wholewheat Spaghetti


  1. Add the wholewheat noodles to a pot of boiling water and simmer until cooked for approximately 10 minutes
  2. In a bowl combine the soy sauce, minced ginger and five spice to make the marinade
  3. Add the cooked pork to the bowl and coat with the marinade
  4. Add olive oil to a pan and add chopped scallions and bok choy. Cook until tender for approximately 3- 5 minutes
  5. Add the pork mixture to the pan and cook for 5 - 10 minutes over medium heat
  6. Serve the pork mixture with the noodles
