Method
To a pot of boiling water, add the rice and cook until light and fluffy.
Place the oil in a wok or large pan on medium to high heat.
Add the curry paste and garlic. Cook it out for 2 mins.
Add the sliced vegetables to wok and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
Add the steak to the pan and cook until brown.
Take the pan off the heat to add the coconut milk and lime juice.
Put back on a low heat to simmer for 5 mins.
Place cooked rice on plate and cover with beef curry.
