Raw Brownie Balls

A rich, decadent, healthy alternative to the traditional brownie.

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 0 - Desiccated Coconut
  • 12 - SuperValu Goodness Pitted Dates Medjool dates
  • 200 g SuperValu Ground Almonds or ground walnuts


  1. Add the dates to your blender with  1 tbsp. of water and blend.
  2. Remove from the blender and add the nuts and cacao powder and mix well.
  3. Roll into balls and dust with dessicated coconut or more cacao powder.
  4. Place on a baking sheet or plate lined with baking paper.
  5. Store in a fridge for up to a week. Alternatively you can freeze them.
