Prawn and Mango Salad

Quick and Tasty Salad.

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 - Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 50 g SuperValu Feta Cheese Cut into cubes
  • 20 - SuperValu King Prawns
  • 1 - SuperValu Lime Juice and Zest
  • 1 bag SuperValu Mixed Baby Salad Leaves
  • 6 small SuperValu Tomato Chopped
  • 1 - Yellow Pepper Sliced


  1. Stir fry the prawns in a teaspoon of coconut oil until they turn pink. 4-5 mins approximately. Add the lime zest and juice to pan before serving.
  2. Divide the salad leaves between two plates. 
  3. Divide the chopped tomato's, peppers, red onion and feta cheese between the dishes.
  4. Divide the prawns evenly and add to the salad.
