Method
Peel and chop carrots and parsnips and place in a steamer for 15-20 mins to soften.
Cook the plaice fillets as per instructions on bag, either in the microwave or oven.
Check carefully for bones.
Combine the plaice, carrots and parsnips in a bowl and mash.
Add a small bit of butter and seasoning.
Add breast or formula milk to thin if needed
