2packetsJus-Rol Croissant Dough
1tubSun Dried Tomatoes in Oil
drained
300gSuperValu Cooked Premium Ham slices
250gSuperValu Edam Cheese Slices 150g
1packSuperValu Spanish Meat Selection
Method
Preheat the oven to 190oC/gas mark 5. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
Open the croissant container, remove the dough and unroll it. Cut the serrated edges to create rectangles of pastry by putting two croissants together. Place them in a circle on the lined tray with a small gap in the middle and press down where the pastry overlaps.
Starting with the ham, build up a circle of meats, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Brush the centre edge with the beaten egg. Lift the dough and bring it up over the meats and tuck into the centre, pressing down to seal the dough.
Brush all over with the beaten egg and bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Drop the temperature to 180oC/gas mark 4 if it's browning too quickly and give it an extra 5 minutes.
