Pear and Chocolate Crumble

This is just delicious served with a big dollop of cream!☺

Ingredients

  • 75 g Butter
  • 50 g Caster Sugar
  • 100 g Dark Chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • 2 handfull Porridge Oats organic
  • 50 g SuperValu Goodness Pecan Nuts chopped
  • 1 kg SuperValu Pears peeled

Method

  1. Grease a 2-pint pie dish with butter.
  2. Put pears in chunks into pie dish.
  3. Break chocolate bar into chunks and scatter among pears.
  4. Rub butter into flour to resemble breadcrumbs.
  5. Sprinkle sugar, pecan nuts and oats over the pears.
  6. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees C for 40 mins.
