1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water
according to the packet instructions. Remove from the heat, then add the fresh peas and leave for 2 minutes to just lightly cook the peas. Drain and cool under cold running water.
2. When cooled and drained, transfer the cooked pasta and peas to a large bowl. Add the watermelon, Brie, lime zest, parsley and olive oil and toss together. Season to taste, then transfer to a serving dish or individual bowls.
