Ingredients

  • 0.25 - Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Gluten Free Brown Bread
  • 1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 10 g SuperValu Fresh Dill stemmed
  • 60 g SuperValu Smoked Salmon

Method

  1. In a blender purée the mayonnaise and dill.
  2. Spread the dill mayonnaise on bread.
  3. Add smoked salmon and top with cucumber.
