- 4 tbsp Creme de Cassis
- 750 ml Grifon Prosecco Frizante 75cl (1 bottle)
Method
- Chill the Prosecco well.
- Pour one tablespoon of crème de cassis into the base of a champagne flute.
- Pour the Prosecco over the crème de cassis.
