  • 0 - Black Pepper to season
  • 200 g Chicken Breast sliced
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Cream
  • 0.5 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Honey
  • 1 - Lime juiced
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 0 - Salt to season
  • 0.5 - SuperValu Avocado ripe, sliced (80g)
  • 100 g SuperValu Baby Spinach
  • 0.5 tsp SuperValu Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 0.5 tsp SuperValu Oregano chopped
  • 200 g SuperValu Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 100 g SuperValu Sweetcorn 326g


  1. Put a small saucepan on a low heat. Add cream and chilli. Stir occasionally. Simmer for about 1 minute.
  2. In a bowl add the chicken and corn. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and season with thyme, oregano, cumin, pepper and salt (if desired).
  3. Place 1 tablespoon oil in a wok and heat over medium heat. Add chicken mixture, stirring occasionally until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, pour in the remaining oil, and honey and lime juice. In a salad bowl toss the romaine lettuce and spinach with this dressing.
  5. Top the lettuce with chicken and avocado and drizzle on the chili cream sauce.
