Barbecued portobello mushrooms lightly drizzled with a herby oil.

Preheat the barbecue until medium-high.
Pour the oil into a bowl and mix with garlic, herbs and seasoning. Brush the mushrooms with the flavoured oil, place onto the barbecue. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, if using.
