1tbspSuperValu Fresh Thyme

In a large bowl mix together the sausagemeat, figs and chopped parsley. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.
Add the finely diced onions, garlic, orange zest and thyme. Using your hands, combine all the ingredients together.
Place the stuffing in the cavity of the turkey and cook as per instructions. Alternatively, place in a baking tin, cover with foil and cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. Serve immediately.
