Ingredients
- 0.25 - Smoked Scamorza About a quarter of the pack
- 0.33 - SuperValu Baby Mozzarella About a third of the pack
- 0.25 - SuperValu Ricotta Cheese About a quarter of the pack
- 180 g SuperValu Signature Tastes Gorgonzola Piccante Cheese
- 290 g SuperValu Signature Tastes Mozzarella di Buffalo Campana
- 100 g SuperValu Signature Tastes Parmigiano Reggiano 150g
Method
1. Take all the cheese out from the fridge 15 minutes before serving so they all get to room temperature.
2. Serve with mixed leaves, red onion jam and Scrocchini (dried) breads.
