Federico Riezzo's Aperitivo is the perfect start to any party.
1. Simply serve the slices of SV Prosciutto Di Parma, Coppa, Salame on a wooden platter and in a small ramequins.
2. Add some olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes and red peppers.
3. Add some cornichons and silverskin pickled onions.
