Crunchy Pasta Salad

Prepare this the night before, it keeps well in the fridge and you can make enough for a couple of days. It's a great way to use up leftover pasta.

4 people 15 minutes 10 minutes


  • 0 - Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 - Red Pepper chopped
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 jar SuperValu Tomato Passata tinned tomatoes work just as well
  • 0 - Wholewheat Pasta


  1. Cook some pasta in boiling water (or else use some leftover pasta).
  2. Drain the pasta and add in the tomato passata, chopped peppers, basil, and black pepper.
  3. You can also add some leftover chicken if you like.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
