Low in added fat compared with fried chicken but full of crunchy, crispy chicken flavour. You'll never order in again!

  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 - Eggs Beaten
  • 75 g Plain Flour
  • 1 large SuperValu Free Range Whole Chicken Cut into 8 - 10 pieces
  • 500 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Salt


  1. Dip the chicken pieces in flour.
  2. Dip into the beaten eggs.
  3. Roll in peppered breadcrumbs and place on large plate for around an hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  5. Place the chicken on a non-stick roasting pan not touching other pieces.
  6. Bake in the oven for one hour turning after 30 mins.
  7. Serve with corn on the cob, baked potatoes and green salad.
