A festive take on traditional stuffing.

  • 110 g Fresh Cranberries
  • 50 ml Port
  • 150 g SuperValu Butter
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Dried Mixed Herbs (parsley, thyme, sage)
  • 450 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic crushed
  • 0 medium SuperValu Onion chopped finely


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Soak the cranberries in a little port for up to an hour.
  3. Gently fry onion and garlic mixture with the butter until soft but not coloured.
  4. Allow to cool a little.
  5. Add in the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
  6. Season the stuffing.
