Courgettes with Garlic and Parsley

  • 1 - 7up/7up Free Twin Pack 2ltr
  • 15 g SuperValu Butter
  • 2 - SuperValu Courgette
  • 4 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf
  • 2 clove SuperValu Garlic Crushed
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil


  1. Slice the courgettes and dry them in a clean tea towel or kitchen paper.

  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large non-stick pan on a medium heat. Fry the courgette slices until they are lightly browned on each side.

  3. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about 30
    seconds. Turn up the heat, add the breadcrumbs and
    stir until they are golden and crisp. Stir in the parsley.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediatly.
