Chicken with Orange, Tarragon and Sesame Seeds

  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tsp SuperValu Butter
  • 2 tsp SuperValu Honey
  • 2 tsp SuperValu Olive Oil
  • 1 - SuperValu Orange Juice only
  • 4 - SuperValu Quality Irish Chicken Fillets Skinless
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Tarragon


  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a hot, dry pan until they turn a pale golden colour. Set aside.

  2. Heat the butter and olive oil in the pan. Add the chicken fillets and fry for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm.

  3. Add the orange juice, tarragon and honey to the pan. Stir well over a low heat.

  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and scatter the toasted sesame seeds on top.
