Heat oven to 180C fan

Chop the fig, garlic and half the rosemary and mix to make the filling
Unwrap the camembert, and cut in half across the middle of cheese, now place the fig mix on one half of the cheese and place the other half of cheese on top to make a sandwich
put into a ramekin or other ovenproof dish so the cheese is tight fitting
make 6 incisions with your knife in the top of cheese and with the rest of rosemary springs stuff into the top of cheese
STEP 3
Splash the cheese with the white wine
STEP 4
Bake on a baking tray for 15-18 mins until cheese is gooey.
For the croutons,
Slice the sourdough lay on a baking tray and drizzle with olive and bake in the oven at 180 for 8 minutes until golden and crisp, these go beautifully with the warm cheese
