Place noodles in a pot of water. bring to the boil and then reduce heat and simmer until cooked.
In a bowl combine, stock, soy sauce, corn flour, and pepper.
Place half the oil in a wok over medium to high heat. Add the beef and stir until cooked . Take out of pan and set aside.
Add the rest of the oil to the wok, and add green beans, carrots, celery, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts. Stir regularly and cook until vegetables are crisp.
