Combine the barbecue sauce, sesame seeds, smoked paprika and sesame oil in a medium bowl and add the prawns.Stir to coat the prawns in marinade and
leave for 10 minutes to develop the flavours.
Preheat a barbecue or griddle pan on a medium-low heat.
Thread the prawns onto metal skewers and grill on an indirect heat if possible for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
If you use wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand.
Serve the skewers with lime wedges and baby salad leaves.
