This is ideal with the watercress, fig and Serrano ham salad , but it’s equally good with the Sunday brunch salad, barley and mint salad or the simple mango and chicken paleo salad.

  • 1 - 7up/7up Free Twin Pack 2ltr
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp English Mustard
  • 1 clove SuperValu Garlic Peeled and left whole
  • 4 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil


  1. Bash the garlic clove with the back of a spoon, then put it in a small screw-top jar with the other ingredients and shake to combine.

  2. This dressing will keep for up to two weeks in an airtight container or screw-top jar in the fridge.
